Kawhi Leonard (24 points, 14 rebounds, 6 assists) and Tim Duncan (24/11) were awesome, but there wasn’t much else for the Spurs. They knocked on the door a few times, but mostly they were knocking their own heads together as they were just all over the place. Every few possessions, OKC would make a play and you’d think “shut it down! let’s go home!” but the Spurs wouldn’t go away. They certainly could have used a healthy Tony Parker to provide some normalcy, but he was just 1-of-6 before leaving with what might be tendinitis early in the 4th. Kevin Durant (25/9/6) and Russell Westbrook (27/7/7) were good, but combined for 9 turnovers and Derek Fisher was better. Just kidding, but he hit 5-of-7 from three to score 17 points, because this is that one game of the season that makes everyone think he’s a quality player. They call it clutch. I dunno.
